- 1 Pint Black Coffee
- 4 Pieces Lemon Peel
- 4 Pieces Orange Peel
- 4 cinnamon stick
- 12 cloves
- 1 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- 1 1/2 oz. Kü$0.00
- 1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
- 7 oz. Cognac
- 4 tbs. Whipped Cream

| Drink Recipe Instruction |
| Mix coffee, fruit peels, spices, honey to taste, Benedictine, kummel, rum, and 3 oz. of cognac in a saucepan or chafing dish and bring to a simmer. Do not boil. Ladle into warmed mugs or cups and add 1 oz. of cognac to each cup. Top with a generous tablespoon of whipped cream. |
